Our Approach

At Gentle Chiropractic we do things a little differently. We’ve found the only way we can truly enjoy our work is if the people we meet are happy. So we focus our efforts and attention on helping you to enjoy your visits with us. We know from experience that some people want the “rack-em-stack-em” style of chiropractic where there is little friendliness or discussion. We prefer a more personal ap-proach. We want you to feel comfortable, listened to and cared for. We want you to get to know and trust us so we can both enjoy our time together. We also want you to be enthusiastic about your chiropractic care, how good you feel and how well you are able to do the things you enjoy. If you’re happy because of your experience with us, you’ll invite your friends and family to become clients. Then we’ll continue to grow and prosper and feel proud that we have helped you achieve what you want.

Making Your Visits Enjoyable

Comfort

At Gentle Chiropractic your comfort is paramount. We’ll explain what we are going to do so there are no surprises. And we’ll make sure that your adjustments are a pleasant and relaxing experience. Every adjustment we give uses minimal force and is extremely gentle. We will NOT be twisting your back or neck into an awkward position and we will NOT be looking to make your joints “crack” or “pop”. And we have comfortable adjusting tables with additional cushions and bolsters as needed. If you are worried about experiencing pain or discomfort during your visit you can ask for a “No Pain Guarantee Card” for extra peace of mind.

Quality

We all enjoy a quality experience. Initially you may not know how capable we are but you can certainly judge the quality of the little things. When you visit us at Gentle Chiropractic you’ll find our premises, decor and equipment are all very good quality. You’ll find that everything is kept impeccably clean and tidy. You will also appreciate the quality of the office environment. The temperature is comfortable (warm in winter, cool in summer), there is plenty of natural light, the music is relaxing and even the magazines are good.

Consideration

At Gentle Chiropractic we endeavour to be very considerate in our communication. We want to make sure we are pleasant, kind and careful in all that we say and do. To this end we use a Courtesy System that helps to keep us on track. We understand that your time is very important to you and that makes it important to us. We usually run to time and we’ll apologise if we keep you waiting. We’ll do our best to make the most of your time by working efficiently and effectively with each visit.

  • Tell you in advance the cost of all care we recommend.
  • Provide the very best care that we can for you.
  • Listen to you when you speak.
  • Apologise and make amends if we don’t perform as we promise, and you can be the judge of our performance.
  • Do our absolute level best to keep to time because we know that everyone hates to be kept waiting.

We would like you to...

  • Let us know if there is something that upsets you. That way we have a chance to put it right, apologise and make restitution.
  • Do your absolute best to keep your appointments and follow your schedule. That way we can both enjoy you getting the results you want.
  • If we ask (and we don’t ask everyone)… try to refer at least one person who you feel would enjoy the things we offer. That way we can continue to have a flow of new clients and be here for you when you need us next time.
